Choosing foods and drinks sweetened with aspartame can help significantly reduce
the glycaemic index (GI) of your meals and help control your blood sugar levels.
Aspartame, is a low calorie sweetening ingredient. It is made from two
building blocks of protein just like those found naturally in many everyday
